Sake and Ume-shu Tasting with Angus Beef BBQ

Sun Masamune, makers of Go-Shu Australian sake and Australia's own ume-shu, will be the venue for a sake tasting and Angus beef BBQ party.

The plum blossom should be in bloom at this time, so there is a chance for a stroll under the blossoms. We will be given a guided tour of the brewery and have a chance to sample sakes of different styles made in Penrith. 

A BBQ catered by one of Sydneys top Japanese chefs is included, based on Angus beef steaks sourced from a well-regarded ranch.

Participants should travel to Penrith either by car or train *approx. one hour from Central, with direct connections from Chatswood. The brewery is a short taxi ride from Penrith station. Maps and timetables will be provided once you sign-up.

Proceeds after covering costs will go to the ongoing Tohoku Disaster Appeal.
