Working for a Japanese Company

Featuring a panel of two speakers

n       Mr. Hiro Kaji, Managing Director of Konica Minolta Australia Pty Ltd

n       Craig Vincent, Manager in the Food Division, Itochu Australia Ltd

Our panel will provide an up-to-date look at what it means to work for a Japanese company in the current Australian business climate. As the relationship between Australia and Japan has deepened over the past thirty years, more Australians hope to make use of their knowledge of Japan in their careers. Mr. Kaji will present his perspective on what is important to his Japanese company in terms of developing its Australian business and the implications for recruiting. Craig Vincent will outline his career development and give us his perspective as an employee of a major trading house.

The discussion will include time for Q&A, followed by networking over drinks.
