Sake and Ume-shu Tasting and Angus Beef BBQ Held at the Sun-Masamune Brewery in Penrith in September


CEO Allan Noble gave us a tour of the brewery with detailed explanation of the sake brewing process.

        

                                                       

Then we enjoyed sake tasting and a fabulous BBQ lunch cooked under the supervision of owner-chef of Sydney's Masuya Group Ken Sadamatsu.

        

  Lunch was followed by a walk along the adjacent Nepean River in full spring blossom.
