Yuki's at the Quay will be the venue for a wonderful evening of sake tasting.
Yuki's is a fine dining venue in the Overseas Passenger Terminal, with fabulous views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. Note that on the evening of our dinner, there will be no cruise ship to block the view.
This is a great opportunity to experience rare sakes under guidance of a true master, plus a set menu dinner.
Sakes to be tasted include: Hakutsuru Tojikan (Hyogo), Otokoyama (Hokkaido), Urakasumi Junmai (Miyagi), Nanbubijin (Iwate) and Hakushika Snow beauty nigori (Hyogo). The menu is a traditional 5-course dinner, starting with appetizer and ending with rice.
The Australia-Japan Society of NSW Incorporated (AJS-NSW) aims to bring together Australian and Japanese people living in NSW to explore mutual interests.
AJS-NSW holds regular business, social and cultural functions, and publishes a quarterly newsletter, Tomodachi.
