Australia-Japan Society of NSW
This evening is one of the most significant events of the Society’s Calendar. We present AJS-NSW awards to outstanding students of Japanese studies at the six universities in the greater Sydney region.
Again, we are honoured to have the awards presented by the Consul-General of Japan in Sydney, the newly-arrived Mr. Keizo Takewaka.
Each of the students receiving the award will outline their interest in Japan, their reasons for pursuing Japanese studies and their plans for the future.
The awards ceremony will be followed by a networking reception. This annual event is a highlight of our year and a lively evening. We look forward to welcoming members and friends and especially our awardees and their lecturers to celebrate the ongoing strength of Japanese studies in Australia.
Registrations are now open. Sign up online or use the form.
